Our generative AI book reaches a Russian edition

A personal publishing milestone: the Russian edition of our book, copies arriving from Bombora, and the pleasure of sharing the work beyond its original audience.

Books / Writing / Generative AI

In November 2025, I shared that the Russian edition of our generative AI book had arrived from Bombora Publishers. My coauthor, Shamim Bhuiyan, was signing copies in Moscow. I was in Portugal, waiting for my own copy and following the delivery tracking.

After spending so much time with a book as a working document, there is something satisfying about knowing that physical copies are making their way to readers.

A milestone beyond the manuscript

The original announcement mentioned the book reaching Chitay-Gorod stores in Moscow. That was a snapshot of the launch, not a promise about where the book can be bought today.

The part that mattered most to me was more personal. I hoped that one day I could visit a bookstore with my daughters and show them the work. A project that lives on a screen can be difficult to explain. A book on a shelf gives it a different kind of presence.

I was also looking forward to signing copies for friends after my delivery arrived. These are small details beside the technical content, but they are part of what makes publishing memorable.

Credit belongs to the collaboration

This was another moment to thank Shamim. The work reached this point through a shared effort, and I want the archive to keep that credit visible.

The English-language book and its surrounding resources remain another route into the material. If you are looking for the current editions, follow the publisher and book links rather than rely on the availability described in a historical announcement.
